Qolab expands quantum hardware engineering team

February 25, 2026

Qolab is expanding its quantum hardware engineering team as the company continues developing superconducting quantum processors designed for scalable manufacturing.

We are currently hiring engineers and physicists with experience in quantum technologies to join our hardware development team in Madison, Wisconsin.

We’re particularly interested in candidates with:

  • A degree in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in quantum technologies
  • Ability to work onsite in Madison, WI

Members of the Qolab technical team will be meeting potential candidates at the APS March Meeting 2026 and scheduling interviews with our engineers during the conference.

During APS, CTO John Martinis will also host a career discussion session at the Qolab booth to talk about what the team is building and answer questions about joining the company.

If you're attending APS and considering your next step in quantum hardware, we encourage you to apply in advance and connect with the team during the meeting.
